I recently tried the TODAY Original Puff and Shortcrust Pastry Roll, and I was really impressed with how convenient they are!
The puff pastry was flaky, buttery, and crisped up beautifully in the oven. It gave my homemade pastries a professional touch!

It was my first time using a ready rolled pastry. I think the Today Puff and Shortcrust pastry are convenient and affordable in making quick delicious lunchboxes and snacks. It saves mom some time as well since the kiddies can be able to prepare it themselves.

The lunchbox and snack prepping was easier and took less than 30 minutes. What I loved about it is that you can store your ready made pastry with filler in the freezer and just put it in the oven/air fryer whenever you are prepping.

I have made a decision to include the products in my monthly grocery list and would recommend it to any busy parent, student or someone who likes to do meal preps.

We've used puff pastry for as long as I can remember and Today Puff pastry has always been our families 1st choice, however it was my 1st time trying Today Shortcrust Pastry. The Puff Pastry is an amazing, convenient staple to have in your freezer with millions of recipes to use for and lunchbox ideas. The Today Shortcrust pastry is new to us and we've enjoyed it, we still need to find more recipes to use it for but we love the texture! It definitely makes lunchbox prep easier because you can also make them and freeze them, then pop it into an oven or airfryer when you're ready. I've already started raving about the Today Shortcrust pastry to my relatives who haven't tried it to get onto that bus! We will definitely still be supporting Today and purchasing their products. I found myself doing a basic cheese puff pastry and booooy! It was devine!!

With my shortcust I purchased, I made something my daughter wanted to try which was very unusual - a mud heart pie! Haha which was so much fun.

Please try chocolate and pastry - they meant to be.
