I recently tried the Today Puff Pastry and Shortcrust Pastry, and I was really impressed!
I’ve used ready-rolled pastry before, but Today’s range made things even more convenient. The Puff Pastry baked up beautifully—light, flaky, and golden, perfect for both sweet and savory treats. The Shortcrust Pastry had a lovely buttery texture and was easy to work with, making it ideal for tarts and pies.
Using Today’s pastry range definitely made lunchbox prep quicker and hassle-free.
