We've used puff pastry for as long as I can remember and Today Puff pastry has always been our families 1st choice, however it was my 1st time trying Today Shortcrust Pastry. The Puff Pastry is an amazing, convenient staple to have in your freezer with millions of recipes to use for and lunchbox ideas. The Today Shortcrust pastry is new to us and we've enjoyed it, we still need to find more recipes to use it for but we love the texture! It definitely makes lunchbox prep easier because you can also make them and freeze them, then pop it into an oven or airfryer when you're ready. I've already started raving about the Today Shortcrust pastry to my relatives who haven't tried it to get onto that bus! We will definitely still be supporting Today and purchasing their products. Thank you for making mums lives a little easier!
