I made my best chicken pies of my life! I boiled down the chicken with just some chicken stock and deboned and thickened the reduced stock water... I added veggies before thickening it! I made it in my large muffin pans and everyone RAVED about it. cut the pastry and shape it accordingly... previous times I rolled it with a rolling pin! Don't! Rather buy more pastry, it is worth it!! xxx
