My family and I have been using this product for the past few months, and often times than not, the cups/glasses comes out dirty, whereby residue from the tablet itself is left within the cups & glasses. It leads to having to re-wash the items by hand, since the residue is stuck at the bottom of the mugs/glasses. We've used a previous brand before and have not experienced the same issue, therefore it is evident that the residue comes from the tablet itself :( :( :(
