PRIME Hydration was developed to fill the void where great taste meets function, giving you the perfect boost for any endeavour! PRIME has become an international viral sensation, following its hugely successful launch in January 2022 by YouTube sensations, Logan Paul & KSI. Checkers is the official partner for PRIME South Africa and is bringing PRIME Hydration to South Africa in 4 flavours: Ice Pop, Blue Raspberry, Lemon Lime, and Tropical Punch. Each 500ml PRIME Hydration bottle contains around 20 calories and is made up of 10% coconut water, with zero added sugar or caffeine. It also contains electrolytes, vitamins A & E and zinc, and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) – designed to rehydrate, refuel and replenish energy levels.

I've seen on social media some good and bad reviews until I've tasted 1 myself my friend got us each the tropical one to be honest I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it but I've enjoyed the tropical one.
