So convenient and versatile. Best is: no presoak needed so KOO pulses are perfect to add to those quick mommy-in-a-hurry meals. I added red split lentils to meatballs for bulk and to stretch the mince when we had unexpected guests and it soaked up the flavours beautifully. It really is good mood healthy food!

Im so glad i discovered the KOO green split peas.They’re a staple in my kitchen now and so easy to cook with .I have been adding them to my curries and they always turn out delicious . I was taking a chance with these because I’ve only eaten lentils once in my life when I was 12. I got surprised to know the amount of protein and nutrients the lentils have. I challenged myself and made different dishes with lentils and tell me why did they all come out perfect 🥺. Since I love cooking, I got a chance to use my creativity, because the KOO Pulses are so versatile (one can create unlimited dishes with them) now I think that is clever, to have ingredients (Pulses) that can be changed as many times as you can.

Let’s talk about how KOO loves us, the price of these 👌🏽, chille, so affordable that anyone can buy them. Our quest for eating healthy without going bankrupt came true. I love the packaging so much, I was expecting your usual KOO Tins, only to find out these come in a plastic, easy to open, easy to discard and a whole 500g packets, big for the whole family…Amazing if you ask me. I would recommend these a lot, always have them in your pantry or cupboard because you’ll never know hey.

Last but not least, the taste, super rich and healthy, I specifically loved the lentils because they made me and my family #EatBetterWithKOOPulses, they are quick to make ( convenient to use) and they definitely elevated my dishes sana.
