Smoked Paprika & Mung Beans with noodles is certainly my favourite! I love how mild the spice is, it's the perfect level of heart for someone like me who loves just a tiny bit of kick and nothing aggressive. It's an all season kind of snack and I'll definitely be having this all year round! I love the heartiness of the Mung Beans and the brightness of the Paprika. This is definitely perfectly balanced and super delicious. I love that it's not salty and how healthy is it. I especially love how quick and easy they are to prepare, no fuss.
