It really taste good and sits well inside your stomach even when you just drink the milk alone. I don't recommend over indulging on it so 1 glass over some time really hits the spot. It's froths well with my coffee and cappuccinos. The added Vitamin D and Calcium further assist with my general immune system and the health of my teeth.
